Mona combines her vast experience from strategy development, large scale transformation, organisational development, and CEO advisory in her approach to developing environments for growth. Mona applies a human first principle and fundamentally believes that a functional leadership team with the ability to drive a healthy organisation is at the core of longevity and strong performance.

Prior to joining GRO, Mona held the position of Chief People & Strategy officer at Too Good To Go - the leading global surplus management marketplace operating across 17 markets.  Mona has more than twenty years of experience in management consulting from large global consultancies and her own strategy and transformation advisory in Copenhagen. In her assignments, Mona mainly worked as an advisor and consultant to CEOs and executive teams on their large-scale transformation agendas.

Mona serves at the Board of Directors of Too Good To Go and holds a Master of Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
