Mia joined GRO's operating team in May 2022 as a Junior Analyst, working across the portfolio.

She brings experience within organizational optimization and hands-on start-up experience, and supports her work with learnings from her ongoing studies at Copenhagen Business School. Mia will be working closely with the broader operating team and company executives to support and drive value creation across the entire portfolio.
