Johan Olsson is an Investment Director based in GRO's London office.

Johan is passionate about growth and working in close partnership with founders and management teams as their businesses scale. He enjoys identifying keys to unlock accelerated growth and profitability, especially in the areas of talent, product and commercial strategy. Johan believes that the ingredients for success evolve dramatically as companies expand, and that GRO is particularly well-positioned to support operators on that journey.

Before joining GRO, Johan was CEO of a consumer internet business and a technology growth investor at Summit Partners. He began his career in technology investment banking at JP Morgan in London and at Google in Dublin.

He is a Swedish national and holds a BSc in Economics & Finance from the University of Gothenburg and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
