Aniela joined GRO’s Operating Team as a Junior Analyst in November. She is passionate about the disruptive and transformational potential of technology and how it impacts industries and everyday life.

At GRO, Aniela helps the Operating Team drive value and operational change across the portfolio, closely collaborating with senior management. She brings prior experience from Publicis Groupe, where she worked with data-driven strategic transformation, and is currently pursuing her BSc in International Business at Copenhagen Business School.
