Netigate’s platform allows customers to collect, query, and analyze feedback data from multiple sources, resulting in actionable insights covering the entire customer and employee journey.

Since its foundation in 2005, the company has grown from an employee and customer journey consultancy provider into an established SaaS feedback provider with +150 employees across 5 offices in Stockholm (HQ), Oslo, Warszaw, Berlin and Frankfurt.

GRO invested in Netigate in August 2022. GRO will support Netigate on its continued growth journey with a focus on continuous improvement of the platform and developing new features, solidifying Netigate’s presence in the Nordics, and further accelerating the company’s growth in new markets.
